? Teaching Assistant - SEMH Support (Secondary Alternative Provision) ? Bexley, London £95-£120 per day

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in a vibrant Secondary Alternative Provision, working with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for someone with a calm, compassionate approach and a desire to support young people in overcoming barriers to learning.

? What We're Looking For:? Previous experience supporting students with SEMH needs (preferred)? A resilient, patient, and nurturing personality? Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups with their learning and emotional regulation

• Working closely with teachers and support staff to implement personalised strategies

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in and out of the classroom

• Helping students to build confidence, self-esteem, and independence

• Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation

• Providing pastoral care and being a trusted, consistent adult for students
