MEP Revit Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Revit software.

• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and other stakeholders, to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.

• Manage and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the team.

• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks and other coordination tools.

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings and documentation.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and training as needed.

• Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews and problem-solving discussions.

• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, standards, and client requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in MEP coordination using Revit, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.

• Solid understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and protocols.

• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within building structures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in managing project deadlines and delivering quality outputs under pressure.
