Electrician

Job Role:

This is a full-time position based in North/East London area. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance work within social housing properties.

Duties:

• Reactive maintenance work (Fuse boards, re wires and sockets)
• Faults of Sockets
• Communal Lighting
• Covering North / North East London Postcodes
• Require Own Van for this Electrician role

Requirements:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Gold ECS Card
• Experience in social housing
