Were looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to work alongside our Head Chef in a progressive, Caribbean-inspired kitchen.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years kitchen experience

• Willingness to learn Caribbean cuisine

• Flexible and reliable, able to work under pressure

Hours:

• Minimum 25 hours per week

• FridaySunday required, plus at least one weekday
