Job Requirements/Description

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Research, Innovation and Evaluation Officer to support the delivery and evaluation of the National Centre for Supervision of Parent-Infant Relationships (NCSPIR). Please note, this is a fixed term role, until 31st March 2026.

Key aspects of this role will include:

  • Design and implement research and evaluation projects.
  • Handle, interpret, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to assess impact and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and publications to disseminate research and evaluation outcomes.
  • Assist in managing project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery of NCSPIR's operations.

We train the next generation of couple therapists and provide clinical services to couples and parents, face to face (in London) and online. We provide a range of affordable services to help people with relationship difficulties, sexual problems and parenting challenges.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Postgraduate degree or other relevant qualification, demonstrating evidence of research, analysis, creative thinking, and written output (published work desirable).
  • Strong understanding of quantitative data management and analysis, with experience in handling, interpreting, and applying findings to service improvement.
  • Proven ability to conduct literature reviews, critically appraising and synthesising findings to inform practice.
  • Knowledge of parent-infant relationships, gained through academic study, research, or clinical experience.
  • Awareness of service evaluation methodologies and how research can drive innovation and improvements in practice.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and balance service delivery, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
