Salary: £190.00 - £279.69 per day on Umbrella contract. (PAYE contract also available)

Year 4 Teacher Job Description:

• Develop and implement personalised lesson plans tailored to accommodate the diverse learning styles and behavioural characteristics of Year 4 students
• Offer timely feedback and monitor the academic progress of Year 4 pupils, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs
• Implement age-appropriate behaviour management strategies customised to the unique challenges and developmental stages of Year 4 students
• Foster a positive and secure classroom environment that promotes a sense of significance, respect, and enthusiasm for all Year 4 learners
• Maintain open and regular communication by consistently providing feedback to Year 4 students, parents, and fellow educators, encouraging a collaborative and supportive approach to education

The ideal Year 4 Teacher:

• Hold a recognized teaching credential, such as QTS
• Exhibit a proven history of effective engagement with primary-aged students facing behavioural challenges, highlighting your skill in dealing with distinctive demands of this student cohort
• Personify qualities of patience, empathy, and an authentic enthusiasm for leaving a significant imprint in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs
• Maintain an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
