Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? GSL Education is working with a fantastic secondary school in Portsmouth that is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students within their Special Educational Needs (SEN) Provision.

About the Role:

• Supporting students with EHCPs, including those with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Speech & Language Needs
• Working one-on-one and in small groups to provide tailored support
• Assisting in the classroom to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills

What We re Looking For:

• Previous school experience is desirable, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills from care, youth work, or similar backgrounds
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
• A passion for supporting young people with additional learning needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
