About the Role:

As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a dynamic team of 3-4 design engineers, overseeing all aspects of engineering projects from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring timelines are met, risks are managed, and progress is clearly communicated both internally and to customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of talented design engineers
• Oversee all engineering projects, keeping them on track with clear milestones and progress reports
• Identify and manage risks, providing proactive solutions
• Keep all department heads in the loop with updates, action plans, and support
• Liaise with customers, providing updates and handling any delays with professionalism

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in engineering or manufacturing
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering
• Leadership skills and experience in people management
