Senior Project Manager Salary £50,000 - £65,000 + benefits + hybrid
We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a leading, bespoke construction and development consultancy. The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of an £80 million Build to Rent project in Milton Keynes, featuring 350 residential units, along with a major £600 million development in central London.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle from inception through to completion, ensuring it meets time, cost, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with senior project managers and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination across all project phases.
- Oversee contractors, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to JCT contract terms and specifications.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company procedures.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in real estate, construction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the residential sector.
- Strong knowledge and experience with JCT contracts.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a similar field.
