Location: Just outside Reading (RG10 area)
Positions Available: Sous Chef
Competitive Salary: Sous Chef ( 28,000 - 30,000)

Are you passionate about fresh, made-to-order food and eager to showcase your skills in a vibrant kitchen? This busy local pub is looking for talented chefs to join our team and craft exceptional dishes!

What We Offer:
50-55 hours per week in a dynamic kitchen environment
The opportunity to design and create daily specials
A creative space where you can bring your ideas to life
A friendly, professional team with a passion for great food

Kitchen Hours:
Monday - Friday: Lunch (9AM - 2:30 PM) & Dinner (6 PM - 9 PM)
Saturday: Open all day, serving food 12 PM - 9 PM (chefs get a well-earned 1.5-2 hour break)
Sunday: Closing early, serving food 12 PM - 4 PM
