Are you an experienced Solution Architect with significant experience in IT solution design and solution architecture? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as a Solution Architect.

Reporting into the Principal Architect, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of technology solutions that meet the specific needs of EHC. This role requires a good understanding of healthcare processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. You will possess strong Infrastructure, cloud, network and security skills and have the ability to create innovative solutions that enhance patient care and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop technology solution design proposals that meet business requirements in conjunction with domain SME's that align with the overall IT strategy. Ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and adaptable to changing healthcare needs. Incorporate expertise across cloud, network, data, software and security domains.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, SME's, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Integration: Work with SME's to guide, advise, design and implement integration solutions for healthcare systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Address compatibility issues and develop strategies for effective system integration. Ensure security measures are integrated into all solutions.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Maintain clear and detailed records to support ongoing system maintenance and future upgrades. Document solutions across Business, Data, Application, technology, and security domains.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes. Participate in professional development activities and industry forums to maintain expertise. Continuously improve solutions across Business, Data, Application, technology, and security domains.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT solution design and architecture roles.
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical Infrastructure background within a Microsoft environment
  • 10+ years experience across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, EUC, Network, Business Systems and Integrations.
  • 5+ years experience in Cloud Identity Management
  • Proficiency in various technologies and platforms (e.g., cloud computing, databases, integration tools).
  • Broad knowledge across Data(integrations) and Application domains
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing diverse technical solutions in complex environments.
  • Significant experience in solution architecture designs, with a focus on healthcare IT systems.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable, with knowledge of healthcare systems and standards(DSPT, CAF, NIST, NHS guidelines).
  • Strong technical and architectural documentation capability
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thought abilities
  • Ability to provide technical input to strategic planning activities
  • Extensive design experience following Security by design principles
  • Experience in enterprise scale technologies
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, standards, and regulations is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
