Job Description:
_Il Botanico Ltd_, with two established locations in Oxford, is looking for Baristas and Supervisors for the new opening of an Italian patisserie in Camden High Street, London . We are seeking experienced people with strong operational skills in the coffee shop sector to be part of our team.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational duties of the café, including preparation of coffee ,beverages and patisseries.
Strong work ethic
Supervising staff to ensure high service standards.
Monitoring daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Customer service, food and beverage service.
Ongoing training of the team and maintenance of hygiene standards.
Direct reporting to the Manager and General Manager on quality and control matters.
Requirements:
Experience as a supervisor/barista in cafés (minimum 1, preferably 2 years).
Skills hospitality, coffee and food service.
Fluent English language skills.
Cleanliness and organizational abilities.
