This role involves managing the transition of high-value services or capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective delivery.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transformation projects with a strong focus on change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure change management best practices are integrated into all project activities.
• Oversee internal and external communications to support project success.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to secure support and manage expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across multiple workstreams.
• Track progress using established project management methodologies and reporting tools.
• Optimise resource allocation and drive project benefits to ensure effective delivery.
• Ensure necessary training and processes are in place to support successful transitions.
• Capture lessons learned and apply them to future projects.
• Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience leading and delivering complex transformation projects.
• Strong background in managing multi-phase projects and service transitions.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• Experience in environments involving technology or operational change is preferred.
