Early Years Practitioners - Baby Room & Main Room TERM-TIME ONLY

Woodpeckers Nursery is growing, and we are excited to welcome two passionate Early Years Practitioners to join our nurturing, child-centred team.

At Woodpeckers, we don't just provide childcare. We create meaningful childhood experiences. Every day is built around curiosity, warmth, laughter and developmentally rich play in a setting where children feel safe, confident and truly known.

We are currently recruiting for:

Baby Room Practitioner (Baby room experience preferred) Supporting our youngest children with nurture, secure attachments, routines and early developmental play.

Main Room Practitioner Supporting children aged 2-4 years through imaginative learning experiences, early communication, social development and school readiness.

What We're Looking For:

For both roles, we are seeking practitioners who:

• Have a genuine passion for early years education
• Enjoy planning creative, engaging and purposeful activities
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
• Are confident working within the EYFS framework
• Bring energy, kindness and professionalism to their role
• Value teamwork and a positive working culture
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or working towards) preferred.
