Water Technician

My client is seeking a skilled Water Systems technician to join their team at GSK , leading their water and environmental services management.

Salary: 36K
Shift: Mon-Fri , 8am to 5pm

The ideal candidate will bring comprehensive experience in managing water treatment systems, including cooling towers, domestic potable systems, and spray-producing equipment. You'll lead a dedicated water team while ensuring compliance with HSC L8 ACOP and HSG 274 regulations.

Key responsibilities include

• Surveying building water services
• Managing water treatment equipment, and overseeing critical cleaning and disinfection processes.
• You'll need strong technical knowledge of water softeners, treatment plants, and plumbed systems, along with relevant certifications in legionella management and water fittings regulations (or be working towards these).
