Occupational Therapists

Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with a specialist SEND school to recruit a passionate and experienced SeniorOccupational Therapist. This is a permanent, term-time role offering a salary of £45,123 - £61,500 (including paid school holidays) plus an excellent benefits package.Based within a purpose-built school for pupils aged 5-19 with autism, you'll join a highly experienced multidisciplinary clinical team supporting children and young people with complex needs including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions and special educational needs.Through Service Care Solutions, you'll become part of a genuinely integrated therapeutic model where clinical expertise shapes education, care and daily living environments to create meaningful, measurable outcomes.Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments focusing on sensory, motor, perceptual and functional life skills
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions across individual, group and whole-school levels
• Contribute to MDT therapeutic plans aligned with EHCP outcomes
• Provide consultation, workshops and training to education and residential teams
• Prepare high-quality reports and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support trauma-informed, therapeutic practice across the setting
• Participate in supervision, CPD and service development initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
• Experience working with children and young people with complex SEND and neurodevelopmental needs
• Strong understanding of sensory integration and functional skill development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Confident delivering training and modelling best practice to staff teams
• Highly organised, proactive and committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people
