Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care

Location: Office-based City of London - with out-of-borough visits as required Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 3 days/week) 60% Office-based 40% Remote Working Enhanced DBS Required

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join our small, supportive Adult Social Care team. This is a multi-skilled, generic role offering a varied caseload and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our service users.

• Manage your own caseload of ASC tasks
• Reablement assessments and reviews
• Complete specifications and diagrams for major adaptations
• Provide duty support
• Conduct welfare contacts via phone and home visits
• Liaise with external partners including NRS, IIT, ACRT, CMHT, and community rehab teams

• A flexible and resilient professional who thrives in a changing environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 15 clients
• Experience in adult social care and equipment/adaptation provision
