Our client, one Kent's leading independent Insurance brokers, are expanding their team and are looking for Sales Executives to join their Renewals department.
As a Renewals Executive you will speak with existing clients to identify their insurance needs, obtain accurate quotations and find the best deal for your customer. This is a varied role which will see you:
The roles involve inbound and outbound calling so you will need to be confident speaking on the phone.
The ideal Renewals Executive will have:
Experience within a busy, customer facing environment is a must. Experience in sales would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.
In return for your hard work you will receive a competitive salary plus uncapped commission, expected first year earnings are 26,000- 28,000. Other company benefits include:
This is a fully office-based position, working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am-2pm.
