Job Advert: Supervisor at 1 Mayfair Project

Location: 1 Mayfair, London W1K 1AS
Salary: 17 - 25 per hour (depending on experience)

Join our dynamic team at the 1 Mayfair Project, where we are dedicated to delivering high-quality construction and renovation services. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our site operations and ensure safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and manage on-site personnel.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

• Report progress and any issues to the Project Manager.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Valid CSCS card as a Handyman or Carpenter.

• SSSTS certification.

• NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision.

• Fire Marshall ticket.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
