Senior ILS EngineerClient: BAE Systems Duration: 6-12 months contract Location: Great Baddow, Essex Hourly Pay: £33 PAYE or £44.40 UmbrellaWorking Arrangements: Hybrid, 2 to 3 days on siteRole Purpose: Lead ILS deliverable development, peer reviews, sustainment analysis, and bid support to ensure systems are engineered for long-term reliability and supportability. Key Skills:

• Experience with DefStan, JSP, DLF
• Strong ILS methods: LORA, FMEA/FMECA, MTA, RCM, LSAR, etc.
• Lifecycle modelling tool proficiency
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
