Our client, a reputable chartered quantity surveying firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

They have offices based in Buckingham, Chesterfield and London.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide expert advice on cost estimation, budgeting, and project finance.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports on project progress and financial status.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
