SEN Primary Resource Base Teacher - Slough

For over a decade, we've worked closely with schools across Slough, and we are now looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher for one of our partner primary schools' Resource Bases. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced teacher to make a real difference to children with additional needs.

The students you will be working with have a range of SEN needs, including:

• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)v

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)

• Emotional Literacy Support (ELSA)

• Additional needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and moderate learning difficulties

It is highly advantageous if you have experience in:

• Delivering tailored interventions to support communication and language development

• Managing behaviour positively and supporting pupils with emotional regulation

• Creating engaging, sensory-based and differentiated lessons to support learning access

About the role:

• Salary in line with the national teaching pay scales (AWR compliant)

• Full-time, long-term position with opportunity to go permanent

• Teaching small groups and 1:1 within the Resource Base

• Planning and delivering creative, individualised lessons to meet diverse SEN needs

• Working closely with support staff, including SEN TAs and ELSAs

• Collaborating with parents, therapists, and external agencies
