Client Service Manager - DipPFS - London - Hybrid - Salary up to £75k +excellent benefits (US)

We're looking for a Diploma-qualified Client Service Manager with proven leadership experience in financial services to head up technical paraplanning teams. This is a full-time role overseeing c10 direct and c40 indirect reports, focused on delivering exceptional client service and driving operational excellence.

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services
• Strong management experience in financial planning environments
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and advice documentation
• Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g. Intelliflo)
