Damp and Mould Surveyor

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Damp and Mould Surveyors on a 6 MONTH CONTRACT in/around LONDON and SURREY

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats.
• Over 1800 properties to be surveyed
• Properties located in/around LONDON and SURREY
• ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
• BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
• Standard DBS (IN DATE) Required
• Own Equipemnt ( Laser Measure, Proptimeter and Anemometer)
• Damp and Mould Qual would be highly regarded.
