In this position, your role will be to deliver 1-to-1 training and coaching sessions to apprentices and learners, guiding them through their learning journey to ensure they achieve their potential. Additionally, you'll host group coaching sessions once a week to train and develop groups of learners.

The successful candidate for this position will have experience delivering Software Development training courses against apprenticeship standards.

The Role:
Software Development Trainer

Delivering 1-to-1 training to apprentices

Host weekly group coaching sessions

Offering guidance and support to ensure learners achieve their qualifications.

Remote position, working one day a month in Birmingham, 37.5 Hours
