Site Manager (Soft & Hard Landscaping)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for one of our clients to oversee soft and hard landscaping projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality landscape projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Oversee the installation of hard landscaping elements such as paving, decking, walls, fencing, and water features
• Ensure the successful implementation of soft landscaping, including planting, turfing, irrigation, and soil preparation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping site management (soft & hard landscaping)
• Strong knowledge of materials, plants, and landscaping techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS
• Full First Aid
• Full UK driving licence
