Warehouse Operative with Reach Truck Experience

Are you available Immediately? Do you have Reach Truck experience and an up to date licence?

Duties;

Receiving Goods

• Unload deliveries using reach truck, pallet trucks, or by hand.

Stock Control and Storage

• Store items in designated locations according to stock control systems.

Picking and Packing Orders

• Pick items according to order sheets or system instructions.
• Check picked items for accuracy and quality.
• Pack goods securely for dispatch using appropriate materials.

Dispatch and Shipping

• Load outgoing deliveries safely and correctly.

Health & Safety and Housekeeping

• Keep warehouse clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling.
• Use PPE (personal protective equipment) as required.
• Report hazards, damages, or safety concerns to management.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Operate reach truck , pallet trucks, and other warehouse machinery (if certified).
• Report faulty or damaged equipment to the appropriate team.

This role is an Immediate start and would have the opportunity to go permanent for the right person!
