Product Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to join a forward-thinking fresh produce business based in Teynham, Kent. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, ethically sourced fresh produce and ready to take ownership of product management across third-party facilities.

The Role:
As Product Manager, you ll play a key role in supporting the company s short and long-term growth strategy. You ll manage a variety of products with a key focus on Top Fruit ensuring exceptional quality, strong supplier relationships, and seamless operations from sourcing through to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product quality, legality, and safety across third-party sites.

• Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and procurement teams.

• Drive product utilisation strategies and reduce wastage.

• Support continuous improvement processes and performance KPIs.

• Provide cover for the Senior Product Manager when required.

• Liaise with growers, packers, and suppliers to maintain top standards.

• Support sustainability and ethical sourcing goals in every aspect of the role.

About You:

• Previous experience in product or quality management within fresh produce.
• Strong understanding of the UK food supply chain and third-party logistics.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Organised, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing.
• Able to work collaboratively across operations, technical, and commercial functions.
