Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator & Delivery Driver for London growing workspace operator with multiple London locations - 5am to 2pm - 1 hour lunch. Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Driver / Logistics & Site Coordinator to support early-morning operations across its portfolio.

This is a practical role combining driving, stock control, site inspections and quality oversight. It would suit someone who prefers structured, independent work and takes pride in maintaining consistently high standards.

Working from a central London base, the day begins at 5:00am. From there, you'll travel between various sites in a company vehicle, ensuring each location is fully prepared for the working day ahead.

The position combines logistics coordination, delivery management and on-site quality checks. You will play an important part in maintaining operational consistency across all buildings.

• Delivering food, beverage and operational supplies to multiple office locations

• Loading and unloading stock from a warehouse environment

• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels

• Carrying out structured inspections of offices, shared areas and washrooms

• Identifying cleaning or maintenance issues and escalating appropriately

• Ensuring sites meet agreed operational and presentation standards

• Maintaining an organised and well-managed storage facility

• Driving safely and efficiently between London locations

This is not solely a driving role; it involves accountability for site readiness and quality control.

The successful applicant will be dependable, organised and comfortable working independently in an early-shift environment.

Essential criteria:

• Full, clean UK driving licence

• Aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)

• Ability to travel to central London for a 5:00am start

• Comfortable working across multiple sites, including outside standard business hours

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics or multi-site coordination

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Awareness of workplace health and safety standards

• Physically able to undertake manual handling tasks
