• Position: Multi-Trade Supervisor
• Location: Prestigious Site in Hampton
• Salary: Up to 45,000
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm (40 Hour working week which can differentiate between 8am -5pm, 7am - 4pm, 10am - 7pm etc.)

We are seeking a Multi-Trade Supervisor with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out carpentry & handyman duties at a presitigious site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful completion of all reactive & PPM works orders to ensure timely and close out, by yourself or the relevant operative meeting KPI's and SLA's as necessary.
• Completion of work record sheets ensuring that all costs, time and material are captured.
• Site Audits.
• To provide direct supervision to ensure that all contracted works is all scheduled & completed in a efficient & cost effective manner.
• To be the point of contact for the internal & external stakeholders associated with the contract.
• General Handyman maintenance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• 2+ years of experience as a Building Supervisor
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Enhanced DBS
