Employee Engagement Specialist

As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will report to the Employee Engagement Manager and work within the Human Resources directorate based in our London office. This is a fixed-term contract for 9-12 months, offering a competitive salary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience, along with a 7.5% bonus. After a 6-month probationary period, you can enjoy blended working with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

In this role, you will support company-wide engagement activities, including conferences, employee forums, charitable activities, and recognition events. You will manage community matters projects, collaborate with the wellbeing team, and facilitate UK Power Networks' pursuit of an IiP Wellbeing accreditation. Additionally, you will track and communicate EMT engagement commitments, contribute to team tasks such as vendor and diary management, improve the employee engagement intranet site, and monitor engagement channels.
