About the Role:We are recruiting Enforcement Agents nationwide on behalf of established enforcement firms and local authorities. This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated and professional individuals to build a rewarding career in the enforcement sector.

As an Enforcement Agent, you will visit customers to collect and recover outstanding debts on behalf of public and private sector clients, ensuring all activity is carried out in line with the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013 and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visits to residential and commercial premises to recover outstanding debts.

• Negotiate affordable payment solutions with customers in a fair and professional manner.

• Manage your workload effectively to achieve performance targets.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and outcomes.

• Represent clients with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Requirements:

• You must hold, or be willing to obtain, a County Court Enforcement Agent Certificate.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Resilient, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.

• Previous experience in enforcement, collections, or field-based roles is advantageous but not essential.
