Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking Cover Supervisors, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), and Support Staff to join our secondary schools in Sutton. These are fantastic opportunities for individuals who are keen to make a difference in the classroom and gain valuable experience in education.

Roles Available:

• Cover Supervisors Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
• Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum.
• General Support Staff Assist with administrative tasks, pastoral support, and classroom organisation to ensure the smooth running of the school.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A passion for education and supporting young people
• Strong communication and classroom management skills (for Cover Supervisors)
• Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
• The ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to a school environment
• A positive, proactive, and patient approach to learning support
