Job Requirements/Description
- Install, service, and maintain gas appliances and systems, including boilers, cookers, and fires in residential properties.
- Ensure all installations and maintenance comply with current safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults with gas appliances and systems.
- Carry out repairs or replacements of faulty components as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to homeowners.
- Perform regular gas safety checks to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Issue Gas Safety Certificates for properties where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with the Gas Safe Register regulations.
