Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to the menu and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
• Work closely with the senior chefs to develop your culinary skills and knowledge.
• Help with stock rotation and food storage.
• Be part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings.
