About the Role:

• Teach and inspire pupils with a range of special educational needs, adapting lessons to suit individual learning styles.
• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences that promote both academic progress and personal development.
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure each child receives the best possible support.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where pupils can thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience of working with children with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, or complex needs).
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A positive, resilient, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
