• Price high profile projects at a price that ensures a high win rate and profitability for the company
• Be the numbers/pricing expert and assist the Project Director to produce competitive tenders for high profile clients
• Find the balance in the team where great pricing meets fantastic design
• Run multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in office fit-outs.
• Priced multiple projects up to £10 million.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
