Job Requirements/Description

A welcoming construction consultancy is currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their London office due to continuous business growth.

Assistant Project Manager's Role

The Assistant Project Manager will be working on influential projects across the commercial, residential and hotel sectors including luxury developments and large-scale commercial offices, both in the city and Europe ranging from 20m to 40m.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager will be monitoring the progress of the project from start to finish, assisting with appointments and design management to help with delivery of feasibility studies.

Assistant Project Manager Requirements

  • Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree
  • Financial management skills and ability to monitor budgets.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Experience of working in a Project Management or Building Surveying role / environment (Desirable)
