Job Requirements/Description

Ready to shape the future of urban living across PBSA, BTR, Co-Living and beyond ?

We're seeking a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to play a critical role within our high-performing Investment team. This is a opportunity for an experienced analyst to take ownership of complex investment activities and provide influential insight that drives the Group's Acquisition and Divestment strategy.

As a senior member of the team, you'll help steer transformational projects, lead sophisticated financial analysis, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll take the lead on key elements of the investment lifecycle from originating and appraising new opportunities to underwriting assets, managing major transactions, and shaping strategic investment decisions.

You will build and refine detailed investment appraisals, oversee critical financial inputs, and contribute to legal negotiations, transaction structuring, and marketing activities. You'll take a hands-on approach to asset management and joint venture reporting, ensuring performance is monitored and optimised.

You'll also support continuous improvement across our investment processes, mentor team members, and act as a point of expertise for complex modelling, market interpretation, and deal execution. Your ability to influence outcomes and drive commercial value will be central to your success.

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced analyst with strong commercial acumen, exceptional financial modelling capability, and a deep interest in real estate investment. You'll bring a proactive, solution-focused approach and the confidence to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders and presenting recommendations that shape strategic decisions. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, or a related field, and be ready to step into a role with greater responsibility, visibility, and influence.
