360 Recruitment Consultant

Location: Billericay, Essex

Salary: £25,000-£35,000 + Uncapped Commission

A growing recruitment agency is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years' experience to build their own desk, win new business, and manage the full recruitment cycle. If you're commercially sharp, confident with BD, and ready for big earnings - this is the role for you.

• Win new clients through proactive business development
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Manage the full 360 process: sourcing, screening, interviews & offers
• Match candidates quickly and accurately to client needs
• Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Take ownership of your desk, KPIs and billings

• 2+ years' experience as a 360 recruiter with proven billings
• Strong BD and account-growth skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
• Highly organised, resilient and target-driven
• CRM/job board experience is beneficial
