This extremely busy enabling works contractor is looking to strengthen it's commercial team, purely down to sustained growth throughout this year. Confirmed projects are at record levels, meaning the potential for career growth could be as quick as you want it to be.

• Quantity Surveyor (to take on two/three projects)
• Projects £1m to £5m in central London
• Cut & Carve, Demolition, structural alterations, strip out

This company have found a niche, targetting and focussing on projects around £4m/£5m that ordinarily are too large/complex for subcontractors and too small for the tier one enabling/demolition contractors. There's a huge amount of specialist, highly profitable work at this level across central London, working as a principal contractor diectly for clients/consultants.

About you

1. Right to work in the UK
2. UK experience working for subcontractors/contractors
3. London projects track record (ideally)
4. Degree qualified
5. Five years experience
6. Cut & Carve, civils, groundworks experience a real plus
