What You ll Do as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Lead and manage quantity surveying projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

What We re Looking For:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the London market.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
