Noble Recruiting are looking for an experienced Fuels & Lubricants Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join a professional and prestigious company based in Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex.

We are looking for a confident Logistics Coordinator to provide a direct report to Supply Chain manager/Warehouse supervisor to ensure the effective operation and use of warehouse facilities for the storage and distribution of component and finished goods, third party stock and consumables required
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain logistics schedule (goods out) through close liaison with the Energy institute & Stanhope.
- Use of warehouse system & ICPMS Scheme Requirements (ASC) to ensure the smooth and on time delivery of products to the end customer.
- Decanting and preparation of ICPMS Fuels, alongside the sampling and testing of materials to ensure quality and compliance.
- Packaging of ICPMS goods in compliance with ADR/IMDG/IATA standards.
Goods out :
- Compliant and accurate paperwork and accompanying documentation.
- Maintaining and understanding the scheme requirements sheet regularly through liaison with the EI.
- Ensure out going vehicles are loaded in a timely fashion, paperwork is handed to the driver ready for the end customer.
- Ensure the ICPMS function has regular stock checks completed on a cycle to ensure control of product and waste.
- Work with management of the warehouse team, and where required, take ownership of areas that fall under your supervision. Included in this, the task of creating improvements within the function and implementing new processes.
- Sampling of goods & transfer of material from container to container.
- Support the direct reports.
Housekeeping :
- Ensure Warehouse/ICPMS area is kept tidy.
- Ensure all broken pallets are removed from site and swapped over immediately.
- Support the site by completing weekly tidy up walk arounds.
- Assist in other scheduled and ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site.
The ideal candidate will have worked within the Transport team recently with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Strong work experience within a Supply Chain Management setting.
- Practical experience in the use of computerised supply chain management and stock systems.
- Ability to react to a fast changing environment.
- Ability to negotiate and work with external suppliers and hold to account for the delivery of blending component at the right price, quality and on agreed delivery schedules.
- Formal qualification/education in supply chain management or manufacturing preferable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to lead without formal authority.
- Own form of Transport due to location.
