About the RoleAs a Senior Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing production processes and ensuring operational excellence. You will be the go-to expert on the production floor, working closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues and implement innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to refine assembly processes, providing your technical expertise.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Sign-off on all production assembly documents and maintain document control.
• Create jigs and fixtures that streamline assembly processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address build issues via email, Teams, or phone.
• Assist with New Product Introductions and optimise projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Support and mentor junior engineering team members.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with manufacturing machinery in an engineering support role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in IT applications (Excel, Word, Publisher) and project management tools.
• A degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
