Essential job functions

• A key point of contact for all UK Single Title Screening Licence (STSL) enquiries

• Manage telephone enquiries and ensure that the bookings and email inboxes are managed in a timely manner

• Support the UK STSL team to meet key departmental targets

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer enquiries are handled

• Ensure database is accurate and updated regularly
