An inclusive and values-driven primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join their Year 3 team from 10th November. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for pupils.

The successful Primary Class Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, well-differentiated lessons, support pupils' personal and academic growth, and work as part of a dynamic teaching team in a two-form entry setting.

• Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for Year 3 pupils, following the national curriculum.

• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress and development.

• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

• Work collaboratively with year-group colleagues to implement shared planning, resources and best practice.

• Contribute to wider school life, including assemblies, extra-curricular activities and community engagement.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.

• Strong classroom management, organisational and communication skills.

• A reflective, committed and team-orientated approach to teaching and learning.
