I'm working with an established recruitment brand to find a Principal Recruitment Consultant for their Maidstone office. You'll join a high-performing construction recruitment team, with the flexibility to specialise in temp or perm, blue collar or white collar-whatever plays to your strengths.

Important:

• Basic salary: 42k-45k + uncapped commission
• On Target Earnings: 90k+
• Location: Maidstone

The role:

• Managing high-value client relationships
• Leading the recruitment process for complex, high-impact placements
• Developing new business and nurturing key accounts
• Providing expert insights to clients in your niche market
• Negotiating offers and maximising fee potential
• Hitting targets and continuing your success streak

You need:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven success in hitting targets and earning fees
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A track record in business development and maintaining key clients
• Deep market expertise and a passion for being a thought leader
• Self-driven, resilient, and ready to make an impact
