An opportunity to join a company going through growth looking to hire a hands on technical leader to drive technology and change. This role will Lead a team of super talented multi-skilled engineers whilst still getting involved technically.
3 Key elements of the role- Delivery, Technical and people leadership.
The Software Engineering Lead will run a team of engineers (circa 3 , will grow) who are extremely proficient in a range of technologies including Full stack on (JavaScript. React) Back End (C#. .netCore) and Cloud (Azure /Azure functions)
They work as generalists, responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Full design, develop, test and deploy and own.
Skills required
• Technical strengths in c#, .netCore and Azure
• Ideally experience with Javascript/React
• Ability to inspire and lead very talented engineers to build amazing solutions.
• Technical depth/strength
• You will have a software engineering background ideally in the Microsoft stack
• Well versed and practical experience managing TDD, automation, CICD, OOP

Ideally you will also have

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
• Serverless computing within Azure (e.g., Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions)
• Strong experience in building system integrations
