With over 110 pupils and a consistently oversubscribed status, we provide a dynamic and rewarding place to work. • Contributing to the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.

  • Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and students.

We value passion and the right attitude above all else. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant experience in supporting children, which can include voluntary experience.

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • While a Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable, it is not essential.

What We Offer You: A Career That Grows With You

Join our school and benefit from a truly supportive and rewarding environment:

  • An excellent starting salary with 6-month pay reviews.

  • Fully funded training courses and onsite training to boost your skills.

  • Access to top-of-the-range technology and resources.

  • A supportive Senior Leadership Team committed to your professional growth.

  • Excellent career progression opportunities within our specialist school.
