They are now on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic, individuals to join their experienced care team as a Care Assistant on either days or nights.

Job Details:

• £12.18ph - £13.06ph with weekend uplift of up to £1.20ph
• Full Time Permanent contract
• Day or Night Shifts available
• 12 hour shifts

Care Assistant Main Duties:

As a care assistant, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to residents with daily activities
• Support with mobility, feeding, and maintaining personal hygiene
• Monitor and record residents health and well-being
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Assist with recreational activities and encourage social interaction
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents at all times
• Follow care plans and assist with delivering individualised care
• Report any changes in residents condition to senior staff

Care Assistant Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are seeking carers with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Previous experience in a Care Assistant or Support Worker role
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
